Ingredients

Marination
Prawns (cleaned)
1 Kilo
Red Chilli Powder
2 Tablespoons
Coconut Oil
Salt
For Cooking
Green Chillies Slit

Curry Leaves
Tomato Ketchup
Pepper Grinded
1 Teaspoon

Steps

  1. Marinate prawns, red chilly powder, coconut oil and salt for half an hour.
  2. Heat a deep bottomed pan (cheena chatti or kadai) and add the marinated prawns to it and cook.
  3. When the prawns are half done, add green chilly and curry leaves to it.
  4. When the prawns are fully cooked, add tomato ketchup and stir well for two minutes.
  5. Add grinded pepper and stir well for a minute.
  6. Switch off the stove and enjoy :)
