Ingredients

Spinach
1 Bunch
Potatoes (Large) Cooked

Onion (large)

Green Chilli Chopped

Grated Ginger
1 Tablespoon
Coriander Leaves
1 Bunch
Bread Crumbled Slice

Coriander Powder
1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder
1 Pinch
Dry Mango Powder
1 Teaspoon
Salt
Oil

Steps

  1. Combine all the above ingredients (except oil) and shape into pattis. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick Pan and drizzle some oil and place 4-5 kebabs and shallow fry on both sides till brown.
  3. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
