Ingredients

Maida - Plain Flour
250 Grams
Ghee
1 Tablespoon
Egg
1
Water
1 Cup
Yeast
1 Pinch
Sugar
1 Tablespoon
Salt
Oil

Steps

  1. Heat water and add yeast and sugar. Make sure that sugar and yeast is dissolved in the water.
  2. Mix Maida, Ghee and Salt with your hands.
  3. Add egg and knead the dough
  4. Add the warm water mixture to the Maida and combine till the dough is soft. Knead the dough.
  5. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for 4 hours. (the more hours you keep the dough, the yummier the batoora will be)
  6. Divide the dough into small balls and roll it into small pooris (circles) and deep fry in oil.
